1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignalScrape ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SignalScrape.

2. Description of Service

SignalScrape is an automated trading signal aggregation and execution platform that:

• Monitors Telegram channels for forex trading signals
• Uses automated rule-based parsing technology to extract trading information from messages
• Executes trades automatically on your MetaTrader 5 account based on signals from channels you subscribe to
• Provides risk management tools and position sizing based on your account settings

IMPORTANT: SignalScrape does NOT provide trading advice, financial advice, or investment recommendations. We are a technology platform that automatically executes trades based on signals from third-party Telegram channels. We do not create, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any trading signals.

3. No Guarantees or Promises of Results

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• SignalScrape makes NO promises, guarantees, or warranties regarding trading results, profits, or financial performance
• Past performance of signals or channels does NOT guarantee future results
• Trading forex involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• SignalScrape does not promise that you will make money, break even, or avoid losses

4. Signal Parsing Limitations and Disclaimers

Our platform uses automated parsing technology (rule-based algorithms) to extract trading signals from Telegram messages. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Signal Parsing is Not Perfect: The automated parser may miss signals, parse them incorrectly, or misinterpret trading information
• Confidence Thresholds: Signals are only executed if they meet minimum confidence thresholds. Signals below these thresholds may be ignored, meaning you may miss potentially profitable trades
• Parsing Errors: The parser may extract incorrect entry prices, stop loss levels, take profit levels, or direction (BUY vs SELL)
• Message Format Variations: Different Telegram channels use different formats. The parser may not correctly interpret all formats, leading to missed or incorrect signals
• No Human Review: Signals are parsed and executed automatically without human review or verification
• Third-Party Content: We do not control, verify, or endorse the content of Telegram channels. We simply parse and execute signals as they appear

You assume all risk associated with automated signal parsing and execution. SignalScrape is not responsible for losses resulting from parsing errors, missed signals, or incorrect signal interpretation.

5. Automated Trading Risks

By using SignalScrape's automated trading functionality, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Technical Failures: System failures, internet outages, API failures, or software bugs may prevent trades from executing or cause incorrect executions
• Execution Delays: There may be delays between signal detection and trade execution, causing you to enter trades at different prices than intended
• Market Conditions: Rapid market movements, gaps, or volatility may cause trades to execute at prices significantly different from signal prices
• Broker Issues: Your broker may reject orders, experience downtime, or have different execution policies that affect trade execution
• Account Limitations: Insufficient margin, leverage limits, or account restrictions may prevent trades from executing
• No Manual Intervention: Trades execute automatically without your approval or review

6. Risk Management and Position Sizing

SignalScrape provides risk management tools that calculate position sizes based on your risk percentage settings. However:

• Risk management calculations are estimates and may not account for all market conditions
• Position sizing is based on account balance at the time of calculation and may not reflect current account status
• You are responsible for setting appropriate risk levels and monitoring your account
• Risk management does not guarantee protection against losses
• Multiple simultaneous positions may compound risk beyond individual position risk

7. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

SignalScrape relies on various third-party services:

• Telegram: For accessing trading signal channels
• MetaTraderAPI: For executing trades on your broker account
• MetaTraderAPI: For price data and market information
• Vantage Markets: Our exclusive partner broker for trade execution and account management

SignalScrape is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these third-party services. Service outages, API changes, or policy changes by third parties may affect Platform functionality.

8. Broker Relationship

SignalScrape has an exclusive partnership with Vantage Markets as our partner broker. However:

• You are responsible for choosing and managing your broker relationship
• SignalScrape does not guarantee broker performance, execution quality, or account safety
• Broker terms, conditions, and policies apply to your account
• SignalScrape is not responsible for broker actions, including account freezes, margin calls, or platform issues

9. User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Providing accurate information during registration and onboarding
• Ensuring your MetaTrader account credentials are correct and your account is properly funded
• Monitoring your trading account and positions
• Setting appropriate risk management parameters
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Ensuring you are legally permitted to trade forex in your jurisdiction
• Verifying that automated trading is permitted by your broker and local regulations

10. Account Approval and Access

SignalScrape reserves the right to:

• Review and approve or reject user accounts at our sole discretion
• Require additional verification or information before granting access
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• Limit or restrict access to certain features or channels

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by SignalScrape or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• SignalScrape shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• SignalScrape shall NOT be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or lost profits
• SignalScrape shall NOT be liable for errors in signal parsing, missed signals, or incorrect trade execution
• SignalScrape shall NOT be liable for technical failures, system outages, or third-party service issues
• Since SignalScrape is provided free of charge, our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalScrape, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your trading activities and decisions
• Any claims by third parties related to your use of the Platform

15. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding trading results or profitability

16. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. SignalScrape may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data (subject to our Privacy Policy)
• Any open positions or trades will remain your responsibility

17. Modifications to Terms

SignalScrape reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your account.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalScrape regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
